Kick-off meeting of the project “GreenIT – Going green in youth work using IT”, was held in Varaždin, Croatia. Project partners are EduNorth from Croatia, Balkan Urban Movement (BUM) from Serbia and Connect International from Belgium.

Project will last for 12 months, and the main goal of the project “GreenIT” is to ensure environmental sustainability of youth organizations by using green organizational management practices, focusing on use of IT tools, in order to enable NGOs across Europe to use new, environment friendly, sustainable and digital approaches in their work.

During the kick-off meeting we formed our project team, 6 representatives of 3 organizations, and we went through the whole project and its activities, and agreed on further step.

Main topic was the  distribution of tasks for the second activity “Creation of Green Organizational Management Handbook and Templates”, and we agreed on the best approach regarding the creation of Green Organizational Management Templates and Handbook, so stay tuned!
