As part of the GreenIT project, partners created a comprehensive Green Organizational Management
Handbook and a set of templates designed to assist youth organizations in implementing sustainable
practices.

This handbook serves as an essential resource for youth organizations willing to adopt green
organizational management practices, providing clear information and strategies tailored for youth
organizations.

The handbook is also complemented by a set of Green Organizational Management Templates,
developed collaboratively by project team members using various IT tools. These templates are
designed to simplify the integration of green practices into everyday operations, featuring step-by-step
tutorials and checklists that allow youth organizations to monitor their progress effectively.
The templates cover critical sustainability topics: assessing current practices, setting sustainability goals,
educating members, reducing waste, conserving energy, using sustainable materials, partnering with
environmentally responsible businesses, monitoring and tracking progress, green travel and organizing
activities.
